We had such a great experience here. Dr. Frits really took the time to get to know our dog, Penny, and nothing felt rushed at all. Dr. Frits has left a great impression on me by providing Willie and Nikki with excellent veterinary care. During my visits at the clinic, I noticed Dr. Frits was very knowledgeable, patient, caring, and kind to my Yorkies. His dedication to animals and the excellent customer service provided to pet parents have earned him this praise.
Wonderful vet! Dr. Frits and his whole team were excellent when we had an emergency with one of our cats, Magda. The team fit her in for an emergency visit (even though we had never been there before) and handled our stresses and worries with grace and a lot of care. She wound up needing surgery and the whole team was supportive throughout the process.
My dog had an emergency this weekend. I called my vet in Davidson to let them know I was on my way but they did not answer. Knowing time was of the essence, I ran my dog over to North Creek Animal Hospital and I could not have made a better choice. They were super responsive when I ran in the door, they got her taken care of immediately, and they couldn't have been nicer.
